We have an open menu and Tasting Menu by steps, paired with Bodega Tukma selection wines.

The next day we booked the wine tasting, the girl who made it was very kind, offering us homemade rolls and goat cheese and spices. "We went to lunch as a family, with prior reservation. The place is a beautiful room and they sat us at a table under some incredible trees. View of the park, the vineyards and the pool. Spectacular. The waiters were super attentive. The varied menu and the fantastic food "Reasonable price. Strawberry dessert was the hook we got with Baltazar from Tolombom Aventuras. Horseback riding with cheese and wine in a mill at the base of the mountain. Everything incredible. We will return without a doubt."

"A small town of 285 inhabitants in the Calchaquí Valleys hides an unexpected gem. Typical high quality food (please do not forget to try the pumpkin soup) and excellent wines made by the establishment's own winery (highly recommended sauvignon blanc 2760). Also the landscape, the vineyards and the establishment justify the stop"

Excellent experience! Very tasty and complete breakfast.
The fact of having such a good restaurant inside the hotel is very convenient because it allows you to stay right there at night without having to go out to dinner nearby. Highly recommended to go with family.

I went to the restaurant and was surprised to see the prices on the menu. Very delicious food, the place is very comfortable and the service is excellent.
The landscape is fabulous and it is very close to Cafayate.

Excellent hotel in Tolombón, very good service, comfortable rooms with views, excellent food in the restaurant. Ideal for resting, views of vineyards and mountains. Dry sauna, massages, horseback riding, wine tasting. Excellent breakfast.
